Method Marketing Consultancy Limited, trading as Method Marketing, is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- the details you provide in the contact form, including your name, work email, company, website, business stage and marketing challenge;
- your name, work email, company and optional marketing preference when you request a report;
- a private report-request token and records showing when that report link is used;
- technical records needed to operate and secure the site, such as request logs, IP address, browser and device information; and
- website usage information from Google Analytics, but only after you accept analytics cookies.

Who processes data for us
We use specialist service providers to operate this website:
- Netlify for website hosting, forms, serverless functions and secure data storage;
- Resend to send requested report emails and related transactional messages;
- Sanity to manage and deliver website content and media; and
- Google Analytics to measure website use after analytics consent is given.
These providers process data under their own contractual and security arrangements. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards made available by the relevant provider. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described above, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Enquiries and report-request records are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer reasonably required. Retention settings for analytics are managed separately within Google Analytics.
Your rights
Subject to data-protection law, you may ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, object to certain processing, or provide eligible data in a portable format. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
